We’re looking for a Data Scientist, Artificial Intelligence who will join the team with the focus on creating an innovation in IoT based on cutting edge technology (AI, IoT, Blockchain).
The ideal candidate is an experienced in Artificial Intelligence with a proven track record growing and leading product development teams and leading AI projects. Your expertise will allow you to engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide solutions that deliver competitive value. What you’ll do:

• Make technical recommendations on data collection, integration, and retention requirements incorporating industry best practices
  
• Hire and lead a technical team to develop and deploy AI solutions who have an impact in our industry
  
• Develop and deploy training and capability building framework for our clients to help them build the right AI skills internally
  
• Facilitate discovery workshops; identify business requirements and expected outcome; model and frame meaningful business scenarios which impact critical processes and decisions
  
• Participate in Design Thinking and innovation workshops and provide technical expertise on how to solve customer’s challenges
  
• Develop innovative and effective approaches to solve analytics problems and communicate results and methodologies
  

What you’ve done:

• Masters in mathematics, statistics, or computer science or related field; PhD preferred but not required
  
• Recent experience in the field of AI, within the past 3-5 years
  
• Python, Go, Rust, C/C++ experience and/or understanding of modern software development concepts preferred
  
• Experience with TensorFlow, Keras, Theano, CUDA, and/or DSSTNE
  
• Experience with advanced ML techniques (RNN, CNN, LSTM, GRU, Genetic Algorithms, Reinforcement Learning, etc.)
  
• Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
  
• Experience building and delivering complex systems that leverage various machine learning algorithms or technologies that integrate well with other organization-wide systems and can scale effectively
  
• 7+ years relevant quantitative and qualitative research and analytics experience
  
• Experience engaging with clients both at business and technical level
  
• Experience in developing and/or launching ML algorithms/frameworks using cloud infrastructure
  
• Proficiency with statistical packages and statistical analysis
  
• Must be a proactive self-starter who is ready to learn a lot from a lot of smart people and be humble enough to ask for help, yet independent enough to find existing knowledge too
  
• Fluent written and verbal English, other languages a strong plus
  
• Experience leading teams preferred
